My new favourite vodka

Third bottle in and it just gets better. The nose opens with honeysuckle — I also picked up delicate notes that the review mentions. On the palate, Exceptionally smooth is spot on, and there's a honey that makes this incredibly smooth. The finish closes with a satisfying warmth. This has become my go-to. Makes an incredible Martini too.

A standout bottle

Tried this side by side with several competitors at a tasting and it stands head and shoulders above them. The nose gives you green apple freshness — it's immediately apparent this is quality. Then the palate opens up with black pepper and the potato character shines through. The a clean mineral quality. I've already ordered another bottle. Excellent work from Chopin Vodka / Siedlce Distillery.

A real gem

Picked this up after reading the review here and it's everything they said and more. The soft grain drew me in from the first pour. On the palate, Smooth and subtly sweet with Berkshire honey warmth are elegant rather than aggressive — exactly what you want from a quality vodka. The dry resolution is clean and inviting. Makes a brilliant Martini and equally good sipped neat. This will be a permanent fixture on my shelf.

Nice but slightly overpriced

Good quality spirit but slightly overpriced for what it is. The white flowers is the highlight — very clean and well-presented. On the palate, the Fresh grape character with subtle fruit sweetness is fine but not exciting. At $35, I'd expect more character. The Medium-long is pleasant but brief. A reliable mixer.

Expected more

Not terrible but not worth the premium. The nose promised Clean and slightly sweet with corn and vanilla, but the palate is flat and the clean with gentle corn sweetness disappears too quickly. I've had better vodkas at half the price. The Corn sweetness with vanilla undertones and a clean the review describes wasn't apparent to me. Perhaps I got a bad bottle.

Mixed feelings. On the nose I got the Soft vanilla — that part is nice. But the underlying wheat character didn't match the promise for me. Mid-palate feels a bit thin. Still, it's better than many bottles at this price and the Medium with a lovely fresh is reasonable. Worth trying at least once, especially in a Martini.
