Tried this side by side with several competitors at a tasting and it stands head and shoulders above them. The nose gives you a subtle citrus note — it's immediately apparent this is quality. Then the palate opens up with Smooth and slightly sweet and the corn character shines through. The Short to medium. I've already ordered another bottle. Excellent work from Fifth Generation / Mockingbird Distillery.

As someone who's been appreciating quality vodka for years, this is among the finest I've encountered at this price point. On the nose I get a subtle citrus note — let it warm slightly in the glass and the aromas open up. The palate is where it really shines: Smooth and slightly sweet with medium body. Fifth Generation / Mockingbird Distillery has clearly mastered their craft.

This is exactly what premium vodka should be — clean and smooth on entry but with genuine character underneath. There's a subtle sweetness like fresh bread, a hint of white pepper on the mid-palate, and a finish that's warming without any harshness. Neat or over ice, it's superb.
