A reliable pour that won't blow your mind but does the job. The nose has Fresh and citrusy with clean wheat — the review is accurate there. The palate gives you Crisp and silky with a pleasant citrus brightness, which is fine but a bit safe. I keep reaching for other bottles when I want to sip neat, but for cocktails it's hard to complain. The finish is clean.

On the nose I get white pepper — let it warm slightly in the glass and the aromas open up. The palate is where it really shines: Crisp and silky with a pleasant citrus brightness with beautiful texture. Nolet Distillery / Diageo has clearly mastered their craft.
