I keep coming back to this bottle and appreciating the subtlety. The fresh green leaves and a hint of wild honey on the nose is genuinely there if you take a moment to notice. On the palate, bright and surprisingly complex for a fruit-based vodka is rich and satisfying, with Light developing. A vodka that rewards attention. At 40%, the proof is perfectly judged.
