The nose on this is lovely — I immediately got a floral lift and subtle complexity. On the palate, the Elegant and balanced is beautifully done, and the clean grapefruit bitterness with a lingering rye warmth. I agree with the editorial review — this is a seriously impressive vodka. Tried it neat at room temperature first, then chilled from the freezer. Both excellent, but neat at room temp shows off the character better.

Third bottle in and it just gets better. The nose opens with a floral lift — I also picked up Natural and sophisticated that the review mentions. On the palate, Elegant and balanced is spot on, and there's a richness that makes this incredibly smooth. The finish closes with Medium. This has become my go-to. Makes an incredible Martini too.

What a beautifully crafted spirit. The nose gives you a floral lift and Natural and sophisticated, and on the palate it's all about Elegant and balanced. The mouthfeel is particularly impressive — silky, full, and rewarding. The finish rounds everything off with Medium. Anyone who says all vodka tastes the same hasn't tried this. The review here nails it.
