8/10Named after Donegal's beautiful Assaranca Falls — a craft vodka infused with rowan berries and gorse blossoms from the wild Atlantic coast. Fruity, floral, and utterly distinctive.

View All (2)Mixed feelings. On the nose I got the yellow gorse blossom — that part is nice. But the floral gorse sweetness didn't match the promise for me. Mid-palate feels a bit thin. Still, it's better than many bottles at this price and the floral notes is reasonable. Worth trying at least once, especially in a Martini.
3 February 2026One of the most well-crafted vodkas I've tasted. The yellow gorse blossom promises quality, and the palate delivers with coconut notes. Nothing feels harsh or out of place. The Medium-long with lingering berry fruit ties it all together. I tried it neat, chilled, and in a Moscow Mule — it shines in all three. The grain base gives it a distinctive character. Can't recommend it highly enough.
