Third bottle in and it just gets better. The nose opens with wonderful subtlety — I also picked up delicate notes that the review mentions. On the palate, pepper is spot on, and there's a Smooth and straightforward with gentle grain sweetness that makes this incredibly smooth. The finish closes with dry close and minimal warmth. This has become my go-to. Makes an incredible Martini too.
