Third bottle in and it just gets better. The nose opens with gentle citrus zest — I also picked up Clean and bright with soft grain that the review mentions. On the palate, Smooth and approachable with gentle cereal sweetness is spot on, and there's a richness that makes this incredibly smooth. The finish closes with clean and crisp with a gentle peppery warmth. This has become my go-to. Makes an incredible Martini too.
