I keep coming back to this bottle and appreciating the subtlety. The fresh ginger on the nose is genuinely there if you take a moment to notice. On the palate, honey is rich and satisfying, with the characteristic Belvedere rye backbone developing. A vodka that rewards attention. At 40% ABV, the proof is perfectly judged.

What a beautifully crafted spirit. The nose gives you fresh ginger and linden honey, and on the palate it's all about honey. The mouthfeel is particularly impressive — silky, full, and rewarding. The finish rounds everything off with a clean. Anyone who says all vodka tastes the same hasn't tried this. The review here nails it.
