— Better than expected
Mixed feelings. On the nose I got the Aromatic — hay — that part is nice. But the gentle sweetness with a rounded bison grass quality didn't match the promise for me. Mid-palate feels a bit thin. Still, it's better than many bottles at this price and the vanilla is reasonable. Worth trying at least once, especially in a Martini.
