Żubrówka Biała ('white') is the unflavoured sibling of the famous Bison Grass expression — the same distillery, the same Polish rye base, but without the hierochloe odorata infusion. It is Poland's best-selling vodka in its home market, outselling even the bison grass version.
The nose is clean and rye-forward: grain, a touch of pepper, and mineral freshness. The palate is smooth — clean rye character, gentle sweetness, and a mouthfeel that benefits from the quality of the Polmos Białystok distillation. The finish is clean and medium, with rye warmth.
