Beautifully balanced
One of the most well-crafted vodkas I've tasted. The gentle earthiness promises quality, and the palate delivers with Irish grain sweetness. Nothing feels harsh or out of place. The gentle spice ties it all together. I tried it neat, chilled, and in a Moscow Mule — it shines in all three. The grain base gives it a distinctive character. Can't recommend it highly enough.
