Blown away by this vodka
Bought this on the strength of the review here and I'm so glad I did. The mineral freshness on the nose are subtle but present, and the palate delivers — Smooth and creamy for its price point with Excellent value. The finish has Medium that proves vodka is far from flavourless. Hats off to LiV-Pol / Pernod Ricard — this is exceptional craft. Already on my second bottle.

Simply brilliant
I keep coming back to this bottle and appreciating the subtlety. The Subtle and clean with earthy potato on the nose is genuinely there if you take a moment to notice. On the palate, Smooth and creamy for its price point is rich and satisfying, with Excellent value developing. A vodka that rewards attention. At 40% ABV, the proof is perfectly judged.

World-class distillation on display
You can taste the craft in every sip. The clarity is extraordinary — like drinking liquid crystal. But it's far from boring: there's a gorgeous creamy texture, delicate notes of vanilla and toasted grain, and a finish that goes on and on with gentle warmth. This belongs in the conversation with the very best vodkas in the world.

It's a solid vodka. The nose has Subtle and clean with earthy potato and mineral freshness, but on the palate the Smooth and creamy for its price point doesn't quite deliver the complexity I was hoping for. The Medium is a bit brief. Still enjoyable though — I keep reaching for it when making cocktails rather than sipping neat.

Tried this side by side with several competitors at a tasting and it stands head and shoulders above them. The nose gives you mineral freshness — it's immediately apparent this is quality. Then the palate opens up with Smooth and creamy for its price point and the potato character shines through. The clean with a gentle earthy fade. I've already ordered another bottle. Excellent work from LiV-Pol / Pernod Ricard.

Mixed feelings. On the nose I got the Subtle and clean with earthy potato — that part is nice. But the Smooth and creamy for its price point didn't match the promise for me. Mid-palate feels a bit thin. Still, it's better than many bottles at this price and the clean with a gentle earthy fade is reasonable. Worth trying at least once, especially in a Martini.

Not for me
I wanted to like this more than I did. The nose has Subtle and clean with earthy potato but on the palate there's a harshness that I wasn't expecting from the review. The Smooth and creamy for its price point described didn't come through for me. The Medium has a burn where I wanted clean warmth. Others clearly rate it highly so it may be personal preference. Won't be buying another bottle though.

Not terrible but not worth the premium. The nose promised Subtle and clean with earthy potato and mineral freshness, but the palate is flat and the clean with a gentle earthy fade disappears too quickly. I've had better vodkas at half the price. The Smooth and creamy for its price point the review describes wasn't apparent to me. Perhaps I got a bad bottle.

Worth every penny
I was reading the tasting notes in the review and thought they sounded too good to be true for a vodka, but they're accurate. The mineral freshness is genuinely there, the Smooth and creamy for its price point delivers, and the Medium is exactly as described. Served this at a tasting with friends last weekend — everyone was surprised how much character it has. We did a blind comparison against two other brands and this won hands down.

My new favourite vodka
Third bottle in and it just gets better. The nose opens with vanilla — I also picked up delicate notes that the review mentions. On the palate, Smooth and creamy for its price point is spot on, and there's a richness that makes this incredibly smooth. The finish closes with clean with a gentle earthy fade. This has become my go-to. Makes an incredible Martini too.

Pleasant enough
I can see why people rate this but it's not quite my favourite. The Subtle and clean with earthy potato is clean — really approachable — but the palate is a touch too neutral for my preferences. The Excellent value is smooth and easy, which makes it good for vodka newcomers. I was expecting a bit more character given the editorial score.

A real gem
Picked this up after reading the review here and it's everything they said and more. The mineral freshness drew me in from the first pour. On the palate, Excellent value are elegant rather than aggressive — exactly what you want from a quality vodka. The Medium is clean and inviting. Makes a brilliant Martini and equally good sipped neat. This will be a permanent fixture on my shelf.
