Kavka — the Polish word for jackdaw — produces its spirits in the ancient town of Sandomierz, one of Poland's oldest continuously inhabited settlements and a centre of agricultural tradition. Production
Kavka's rye-based vodka — a spirit with a characteristically spicy, peppery profile — serves as the canvas for the plum and apple infusion. The fruits are macerated in the spirit, and the resulting vodka is filtered and bottled at 38% ABV.
