Decent vodka for the price. The nose is clean — I got the Clean — subtle grain character and a hint of sweetness that the review mentions — but the palate didn't wow me. The Smooth — soft grain is fine but nothing special, and I'd have preferred more character coming through. That said, the Clean and measured — grain fading gently is clean enough. Works well in cocktails where you don't need a premium bottle.

Tried this side by side with several competitors at a tasting and it stands head and shoulders above them. The nose gives you Clean — subtle grain character and a hint of sweetness — it's immediately apparent this is quality. Then the palate opens up with Smooth — soft grain and the grain character shines through. The Clean and measured — grain fading gently. I've already ordered another bottle. Excellent work from The Smiling Pub Company.
