Tasting Notes
The nose presents ripe blackberry, fresh lemongrass, sage, and the warm rye grain of the Belvedere base — a complex and immediately intriguing aromatic profile. On the palate, the vodka is rich and fruity with juicy blackberry providing depth and sweetness, aromatic lemongrass adding brightness and lift, and herbal sage contributing an earthy, savoury counterpoint. The rye foundation provides structure and spice, preventing the fruit from becoming one-dimensional. The finish is medium-long with lingering blackberry, lemongrass freshness, and a clean, herbal close.
The Serve
Like its Pear and Ginger sibling, this expression is excellent with sparkling water and ice, garnished with a twist of lime — a serve that allows the complex interplay of blackberry, lemongrass, and sage to unfold naturally. It also makes a remarkable Bramble variation and works beautifully in a fruity, herbal Spritz.

At eight out of ten, Belvedere Blackberry and Lemongrass demonstrates the same quality and sophistication that characterises the entire Organic Infusions range.
